Available for weddings, and events in the Flathead Valley and Northwest Montana.

Accepting wedding in North Florida, November - April (additional $300 for travel)

I value being to be as transparent as possible, especially in pricing.

Wedding Offerings

The below prices are an average and estimate. Every event is different and depending on the layout of the property, amount of decor etc, prices will be adjusted.

  • Best for: Simpler, smaller weddings, most details planned

    • Coordination begins 45 days prior

    • Initial 90 minute consultation

    • 1 hour check in call

    • Timeline creation & distribution

    • Rehearsal Coordination

    • Venue walkthrough

    • 10 hours day-of coordination

    • Emergency kit

    • Vendor tip distribution

    • Under 50 person wedding / one location

      • Reception area and ceremony must be within 25 feet from each other for this package

  • A-la carte options that can be added to any package or booked separately

    • Day-before setup and day of or after tear down

    (tables chairs): $500

    (with decor) $1000

    • Assistant for day-of: $500 - 10 hours max

    • Extra vendor sourcing (up to 5 vendors, 3 options each): $200

    • Additional consultation (by the hour): $100/hr

    • Additional labor (by the hour): $30/hr

  • Best for: For couples with more 75-150 guests and 5-10 vendors

    • Everything in the “Essential Package”

    • Set up and tear down of decor (no tables and chairs)

    • Supervision of cleaning with support

    • Unlimited Email/text support (2-day response)

    • One additional planning support call

    • + 1 Assistant Coordinator

I work with couples of all kinds of budgets. Other Celebrations

I also coordinate graduation parties, anniversary celebrations, retirement parties, and other milestone events. For these celebrations, I'm happy to offer full planning services, not just day-of coordination.
