Wedding Offerings

  • Best for: Simpler, smaller weddings, most details planned

    - Coordination begins 45 days prior

    - Email/text support (2-day response)

    - Final 2-hour consultation

    - Timeline creation & distribution

    - Vendor confirmation

    - Venue walkthrough

    - 10 hours day-of coordination

    - Emergency kit

    - Vendor tip distribution

  • A-la carte options that can be added to any package or booked separately

    - Day-before setup (4 hours): $50/hr coordinator + $30/hr assistant

    - Additional assistant for day-of: $30/hr

    - Extra vendor sourcing (up to 5 vendors, 3 options each): $200

    - Additional consultation (by the hour): $100/hr

    - Additional labor for set up or transitions (by the hour): $25/hr

  • Best for: For couples with more 75-150 guests and 5-10 vendors

    - Everything in the “Essential Package”

    - Supervision of cleaning with support

    - + 1 Assistant Coordinator

I work with couples of all kinds of budgets. Other Celebrations

I also coordinate graduation parties, anniversary celebrations, retirement parties, and other milestone events. For these celebrations, I'm happy to offer full planning services, not just day-of coordination.
